TGIF!

Hello!

I've been extremely busy working m butt off at the salon!

I also managed to get one of the most painful tattoos ever!

So this Friday we're having a bake sale for Kayla to go to Europe.

Lot's of yummy homemade treats!

We have a Punk rock, pin-up photo shoot this Sunday!

I'm excited to see how this goes and to see every1 dressed up!

Also a wedding this Monday and I'll be doing the make-up :)

This is my new tattoo!

I got a lotus flower, yes there is meaning behind it, i won't just tattoo a random flower on me.

And, this little beauty is on my elbow (ouch)!

I suggest anyone who wants an elbow tattoo to go in with a friend for support, and prepare for pain, i wasn't expecting it to hurt as bad as it did and i was screaming into a pillow.

But this is definitely my new favorite tattoo, and i already know what I'm getting done next :)

Secrets! Secrets! It is a sleeve though, just not touching the elbow this time.

Soon I'll be seeing Anti-Flag, Strike Anywhere and the Snails in Lancaster! and Bad Religion with Bouncing Souls!

I can't wait for all these amazing shows! They're going to be crazy!

Hey!!!!

I haven't updated in a lil while, so i think i will now ;)

I've been to philly 2 weekends in a row, and had so much fun:)

Although, I wouldn't recommend four loko and mac and cheese...it gets ugly.

I no longer have blue hair :O

I dyed a white stripe down the middle to look like a skunk.

So I now look like Flower the skunk from Bambi, I try.

This weekend I'm doing a wedding in Philly then I take my practical test for Cosmetology.

Boring update I know but I just felt like I needed to see what has happened lately.

Nothing exciting....I ate fish for the first time!

Hopefully in 2 weeks i'll be getting my elbow tattoo.

You'll see it when i get it im sooo not telling!

Know Your Roots/ Time to Split!

Howdy Y'all!

So my weekend consisted of going to 2 shows!

I saw the Snails at the St. Bernard's along with Amrev2 and some of the Hub City Stompers.

The Snails did amazing, as usual and they had everyone dancing and skanking :)

Thats when you know your bands truly amazing.

There were also a few other bands, one from Australia that was pretty decent.

The singer had a voice like the singer from Bad Brains, sick nasty!

I also saw the cutest doggie I could ever see in my entire life and i have never seen a dog like it before.

It was being pushed in a stroller, it's paws too worthy to touch the ground.

Saturday!!!

I was in Lancaster, i gotta free cup of coffee from Dosie Doughs.

Very tasty, their blue berry muffins were EXCELLENT!

That night I went to the CD release of the Snails, Know your Roots, and a split cd with Amrev2 and Kviza America, Time to Split.

With other bands there was Everyone Except Me, her lyrics never get old she speaks the truth, even if to others it sounds completely ridiculous, she faces life with without being oblivious.

There was also another band which i didn't catch their name but the singer was amazing, she spoke and sang about the awkwardness of the band.

Kviza had the crowd going crazy, i was punched in the dead by a random circle jerk(no offense) and it was entertaining to see everyone joining in to sing along to "two dead cops".

Amrev2 was good as well, they had 2 saxophones, Nege, who is an amazing addition to the band who is not performing anymore but played for the CD release.

I joined in on a few songs as well :)

THE SNAILS!

Last band to play for the night, had people skanking and grooving to their new songs, they did absolutely amazing!

Everyone participated in the Skinhead Moon stomp, and Monkey Man by the Specials.

I was pulled on staged by Todd, lead singer of the snails and skanked on stage til my legs were cramping like a bitch.

Overall, amazing weekend. Paige returned to Temple (not happy).

My lovely boyfriend returns this weekend and i surely hope to visit him with a plate of cookies in the shape of baby Jesus.

summer chills

I haven't updated in a bit so I figured I would now.

Gosh I can't even remember my last entry!

Well, we had music fest since last week Friday,

It becomes quite boring when your down there by yourself.

And the walk is a real killer.

But the Bell Man, is really creepy not to mention he plays the

Exorcist theme music every day, BORING!

Apparently the Red Elvis's are playing tonight, which I will miss.

Not even bummed, just avoiding people I really want NO contact with.

But I did manage to FINALLY get my Temporary License!!

Now i'm furiously studying for the exam!

My poor doggie past away this Thursday.

He will obviously be missed, and not replaced.

This Coming week is busy though!

Work all week then 2 Snails shows I will be attending!

CD RELEASE ON SATURDAY!!!!!

I'm so stoked to see it, I LOVE that band :)

weekend warrior

So I hopefully will be checking out my new apartment on Wednesday with my best friend :)
I'm so stoked to finally move out I heard it's such a cute lil place!
This past weekend was marvelous except for the extreme heat :(
This weekend though I could possibly be going to see the Necromantix, and the Snails!!!!
Plus going to dorney park and my wonderful boyfriend will sleep over.
I love slumber parties :)
But I'll finally see a Snails show with a good crowd going so i'm stoked,
guna do some much needed skankin'.
I cut 2 peoples hair today and both LOVED their hair, and that's why i LOVE my job!
I can be creative and work with my hands and make someone love them self even more!
What more could i ask for?
A pug in a sweater pleaseee:)
For my birthday I get to go to china town in Philly :)
I NEED amazing chopsticks for my apartment!
I think i might bug them to lemme go see Streetlight Manifesto that night too!
But i'll stay at my sisters apartment and we're guna have an all girl slumber party
and the next day go to some really amazing ice cream place!
I have work in the morning so i'll update soon!

Sunny sun for Sundays!

I am going to Hershey park today with my family, Tim, and my sisters friends Shawna and Brad. It's going to be so much fun!
I am finally going to get my temporary license so I can do clients hair at the salon, BLOWN!
I suffered from nasty bug bites all week and they're finally gone and not itchy, now my gauges itch horribly.
I need new ones so i might order some later in the week, bigger! I'm going bigger then an inch!
I'm currently reading, "The Joy of Living".
Buddhism makes me wish I was more.....peaceful and in tune with my mind, but It's very interesting so far.
My bangs are growing slowly but surely, so is my rat tail :)
But I'm growing ALL my hair out so soon it'll be a nice long rat tail-y mullet :)

I LOVE all the complements I get from all the little old ladies, here I thought they would hate it the most, but I only get complements from them sweet oldies :)
I finally put this white tote to use that I got months ago, and I drew Totoro on it!!
It was a hard decision between Mamegoma and Totoro!
But Totoro won!
In later news, I'll be seeing Streetlight Manifesto on my Birthday with Tim!
We might go see the Necromantix and the Specials too :)
I so hope we do!
Time to kill the itch on these ears!

It's Friday, I'm in Love

Well, it's almost friday...
Ive missed updating this blog, no one really reads it but me, i guess it's to keep myself from forgetting what really goes on in my life. I tend to forget things very easily.
I've been constantly dying the crap outta my hair (manic panics....not alot of bleach).
Finally I'm back to blue since yesturday night after i made some amazing dreadfalls for my hair, i seriously feel like a mermaid :) i Love it and this color is sticking around :)
I got another tattoo bout a month ago, they're swallows that I got above my knees!
I absolutely love them and the spot couldn't be better, and it's summer so i can show them off all i want. Let my birdies fly free!!!Arent they just darlin'?
I just also discovered a pic of my Bettie Page bangs...i miss them.
I cut off my bangs to grow them in longer and they just look...stubby. But i shall live! Hair Grows!
I GOT A JOB!
At Blown Color Studio in Bethlehem.
It's so amazing and the people are just great and they're making it into a punk/pin-up salon so i feel right at home :)
