TGIF!

Hello!

I've been extremely busy working m butt off at the salon!

I also managed to get one of the most painful tattoos ever!

So this Friday we're having a bake sale for Kayla to go to Europe.

Lot's of yummy homemade treats!

We have a Punk rock, pin-up photo shoot this Sunday!

I'm excited to see how this goes and to see every1 dressed up!

Also a wedding this Monday and I'll be doing the make-up :)

This is my new tattoo!

I got a lotus flower, yes there is meaning behind it, i won't just tattoo a random flower on me.

And, this little beauty is on my elbow (ouch)!

I suggest anyone who wants an elbow tattoo to go in with a friend for support, and prepare for pain, i wasn't expecting it to hurt as bad as it did and i was screaming into a pillow.

But this is definitely my new favorite tattoo, and i already know what I'm getting done next :)

Secrets! Secrets! It is a sleeve though, just not touching the elbow this time.

Soon I'll be seeing Anti-Flag, Strike Anywhere and the Snails in Lancaster! and Bad Religion with Bouncing Souls!

I can't wait for all these amazing shows! They're going to be crazy!

Hey!!!!

I haven't updated in a lil while, so i think i will now ;)

I've been to philly 2 weekends in a row, and had so much fun:)

Although, I wouldn't recommend four loko and mac and cheese...it gets ugly.

I no longer have blue hair :O

I dyed a white stripe down the middle to look like a skunk.

So I now look like Flower the skunk from Bambi, I try.

This weekend I'm doing a wedding in Philly then I take my practical test for Cosmetology.

Boring update I know but I just felt like I needed to see what has happened lately.

Nothing exciting....I ate fish for the first time!

Hopefully in 2 weeks i'll be getting my elbow tattoo.

You'll see it when i get it im sooo not telling!

Know Your Roots/ Time to Split!

Howdy Y'all!

So my weekend consisted of going to 2 shows!

I saw the Snails at the St. Bernard's along with Amrev2 and some of the Hub City Stompers.

The Snails did amazing, as usual and they had everyone dancing and skanking :)

Thats when you know your bands truly amazing.

There were also a few other bands, one from Australia that was pretty decent.

The singer had a voice like the singer from Bad Brains, sick nasty!

I also saw the cutest doggie I could ever see in my entire life and i have never seen a dog like it before.

It was being pushed in a stroller, it's paws too worthy to touch the ground.

Saturday!!!

I was in Lancaster, i gotta free cup of coffee from Dosie Doughs.

Very tasty, their blue berry muffins were EXCELLENT!

That night I went to the CD release of the Snails, Know your Roots, and a split cd with Amrev2 and Kviza America, Time to Split.

With other bands there was Everyone Except Me, her lyrics never get old she speaks the truth, even if to others it sounds completely ridiculous, she faces life with without being oblivious.

There was also another band which i didn't catch their name but the singer was amazing, she spoke and sang about the awkwardness of the band.

Kviza had the crowd going crazy, i was punched in the dead by a random circle jerk(no offense) and it was entertaining to see everyone joining in to sing along to "two dead cops".

Amrev2 was good as well, they had 2 saxophones, Nege, who is an amazing addition to the band who is not performing anymore but played for the CD release.

I joined in on a few songs as well :)

THE SNAILS!

Last band to play for the night, had people skanking and grooving to their new songs, they did absolutely amazing!

Everyone participated in the Skinhead Moon stomp, and Monkey Man by the Specials.

I was pulled on staged by Todd, lead singer of the snails and skanked on stage til my legs were cramping like a bitch.

Overall, amazing weekend. Paige returned to Temple (not happy).

My lovely boyfriend returns this weekend and i surely hope to visit him with a plate of cookies in the shape of baby Jesus.

summer chills

I haven't updated in a bit so I figured I would now.

Gosh I can't even remember my last entry!

Well, we had music fest since last week Friday,

It becomes quite boring when your down there by yourself.

And the walk is a real killer.

But the Bell Man, is really creepy not to mention he plays the

Exorcist theme music every day, BORING!

Apparently the Red Elvis's are playing tonight, which I will miss.

Not even bummed, just avoiding people I really want NO contact with.

But I did manage to FINALLY get my Temporary License!!

Now i'm furiously studying for the exam!

My poor doggie past away this Thursday.

He will obviously be missed, and not replaced.

This Coming week is busy though!

Work all week then 2 Snails shows I will be attending!

CD RELEASE ON SATURDAY!!!!!

I'm so stoked to see it, I LOVE that band :)

weekend warrior

So I hopefully will be checking out my new apartment on Wednesday with my best friend :)
I'm so stoked to finally move out I heard it's such a cute lil place!
This past weekend was marvelous except for the extreme heat :(
This weekend though I could possibly be going to see the Necromantix, and the Snails!!!!
Plus going to dorney park and my wonderful boyfriend will sleep over.
I love slumber parties :)
But I'll finally see a Snails show with a good crowd going so i'm stoked,
guna do some much needed skankin'.
I cut 2 peoples hair today and both LOVED their hair, and that's why i LOVE my job!
I can be creative and work with my hands and make someone love them self even more!
What more could i ask for?
A pug in a sweater pleaseee:)
For my birthday I get to go to china town in Philly :)
I NEED amazing chopsticks for my apartment!
I think i might bug them to lemme go see Streetlight Manifesto that night too!
But i'll stay at my sisters apartment and we're guna have an all girl slumber party
and the next day go to some really amazing ice cream place!
I have work in the morning so i'll update soon!

Sunny sun for Sundays!

I am going to Hershey park today with my family, Tim, and my sisters friends Shawna and Brad. It's going to be so much fun!
I am finally going to get my temporary license so I can do clients hair at the salon, BLOWN!
I suffered from nasty bug bites all week and they're finally gone and not itchy, now my gauges itch horribly.
I need new ones so i might order some later in the week, bigger! I'm going bigger then an inch!
I'm currently reading, "The Joy of Living".
Buddhism makes me wish I was more.....peaceful and in tune with my mind, but It's very interesting so far.
My bangs are growing slowly but surely, so is my rat tail :)
But I'm growing ALL my hair out so soon it'll be a nice long rat tail-y mullet :)

I LOVE all the complements I get from all the little old ladies, here I thought they would hate it the most, but I only get complements from them sweet oldies :)
I finally put this white tote to use that I got months ago, and I drew Totoro on it!!
It was a hard decision between Mamegoma and Totoro!
But Totoro won!
In later news, I'll be seeing Streetlight Manifesto on my Birthday with Tim!
We might go see the Necromantix and the Specials too :)
I so hope we do!

It's Friday, I'm in Love

Well, it's almost friday...
Ive missed updating this blog, no one really reads it but me, i guess it's to keep myself from forgetting what really goes on in my life. I tend to forget things very easily.
I've been constantly dying the crap outta my hair (manic panics....not alot of bleach).
Finally I'm back to blue since yesturday night after i made some amazing dreadfalls for my hair, i seriously feel like a mermaid :) i Love it and this color is sticking around :)
I got another tattoo bout a month ago, they're swallows that I got above my knees!
I absolutely love them and the spot couldn't be better, and it's summer so i can show them off all i want. Let my birdies fly free!!!Arent they just darlin'?
I just also discovered a pic of my Bettie Page bangs...i miss them.
I cut off my bangs to grow them in longer and they just look...stubby. But i shall live! Hair Grows!

It's so amazing and the people are just great and they're making it into a punk/pin-up salon so i feel right at home :)

Its been months!!!! so many exciting things have happened to me since my last blog!

we celebrated a month today, we saw The Slackers in Baltimore Maryland, and ate Olive garden nom noms :) We're going to the beach this weekend ;)

I got a new baby in the house!!!!! A lionhead rabbit named Fizzgig, from the movie the dark crystal. He is EXTREMELY furry, loves to cuddle, and my new best friend.

Hey!
So I spent the day with my Best Friend Sam today!!
I haven't seen her since.....July? so it's been a while and I totally missed her!
We got coffee and looked for dresses for her birthday tea party!!!
So much fun trying on silly hats and dresses at The Attic.
We went back to her house in Bethlehem and her alter is AMAZING, many rocks and beans, while mine is decorated with seashells and candles.
We might start going to meditation classes together which I'm really excited about!!!
She has 2 very cute Siamese kitty's, but I gotta picture of Baby!So So Cute!!!!
Nothing to do but I might go for a walk, mom's making walnut cookies and they're making me itchy!!!

Happy Thursday!

I am enjoying the suns warmth, and the cool breeze, although the wind is sorta overkill now.
I can't wait to go for my walk later, maybe ill even bike a bit :)
So we're raising money for charity at school and I baked rice crispies and made them into Lil sushi's!

Everyone LOVED them, I got the idea from a magazine and they sold for a dollar each.
I also moved over from Adaptive to Creative today.
If anyone knows what I'm rambling about...it's a Paul Mitchell thing.
I'm very excited to move over because that means I'm closer to graduation!!!!
I figured out my next tattoo ^ I want to get this on my shoulder I just LOVE Kristen Ferrell's Work.

EASTER

I haven't updated in so long, I've either been super busy or just very tired.
My Easter was pretty awesome, we had Easter breakfast, no ham wooo!!
So the past couple weeks have been pretty awesome, I visited some friends in Philly.
I had an amazing time in Philly I always do, it was my friends birthday :)
The birthday boy got his septum pierced, twice!!!
Other from that we partied Friday and Saturday night, it was so nice to just let go and have a good time, no worries, just finally having some fun!
I gave Tyler Grady 2 bracelets and he atually got them and loves them!
I did some real cool hair, my client was a 16 year old boy named David who was very reserved, and afraid to attempt something crazy til I talked him into a Fashion Hawk, he then moved up to getting some blue highlights in the top and it looked awesome! He was a changed kid by the end of it!!!
Today is my other friends birthday as well, so many April birthdays and the weather is fantastic!
I'm off for a walk!

It's been forever!

I haven't written in forever!
It's a combination of lack of time and lack of patience to sit down and actually blog about anything.
Very very very crazy week.
My sister was home for a full week so I spent time with her, lots of fun, I really missed her and I love it when she comes home from college.
It's quite possible I will be going to Philly this coming weekend too.
(fingers crossed)
I do not remember much from this week, I did however, get a Zhu Zhu pet from my mom.
They really are cute!
Not as cute as my Meatball though who had a peppermint stick, tootsie roll, 2 bags of Swedish fish Easter eggies, and a wheat thin for food today.

I have heard sooooo many Elvis Costello songs lately, whether it was on the radio or a movie I was in shock with all the Costello that was played this week.
My sister told me there's a Costello show playing in Atlantic City soon and she wanted to buy tickets and go with me, but you have to be 21 to attend :(
I did get to see my friends band Am Rev2 play yesturday, it was so amazing! Once I had a beer in me I was really grooving to the amazing music of The Corn Dogs, The Heavy Beat and of course Am Rev2.
I was told they could hear me screaming along to their songs haha.
I plan on dying some of my hair pink, but keeping the blue.
While that Processing I will be studying some French!

Monday!

Hellloooo:)
So my weekend was very exciting because it was in Philly!!!!
I got down there and hung out with The Snails and we drank a bit and had some wonderful talks about dragon/bird tattoos and ankle tat's being for girls. haha
They played an awesome set even though their mic's were cutting in and out, i was right in the front so i got to hear them singing :)
Also, with that drink in me i was singing myself, yeesh haha.
The next day I met Tyler Grady's roommate :) he is really funny and he told us funny stories about Tyler Grady, and he is going to give him one of my bracelets! It's exciting and i hope he gets it haha.
I gave a haircut to one of the Snails roomates and then we hung out and played webchat roulete(spelling?) and it was pretty scary.....we talked to the jonas brothers haha!
Ugh im sick with a cold and now im guna drink some OJ and play with Mr.Meatball!

Wednesday

Today we had Invisible Children come to our school and they showed us the saddest movie ever. I felt really terrible that I couldn't donate 3 dollars a week to help out b/c i don't have a credit card to sign up with, eventually I will get one and sign up online,

Before the assembly our teacher showed us some amazing hair cutting techniques that i CANNOT wait to try out on my manikin and learn to do on real people :)
Seriously, hair flying everywhere, awesome layering, volumizing!!!!! IT WAS GREAT!!!

There was somthing i saw on TV that disturbed me a great deal....
The shirt says it all, he is the UGLYEST guy I have ever seen in my entire life and he has every preteen girly (maybe boys) droppin their panties for his cheezy music and terrible over processed fuzzball hair. On tv he looked like a Peter Pan wannabe. And his voice is annoying, I can't be the only one who thinks this.

Tuesday

Hiya!!!
Curently dying my hair blue again, the color lasted for about a month before it started to turn a yucky green/gray color in the back, i need to get my leopard spots done again too!!!

So I'm going to Philly on Friday to see another Snails show and hangout with them. :)
Today was slippery and rainy and I almost fell about 5 times.He is becoming such a little fatty but he's my baby...i'm well aware i don't match at all haha.I broke my favorite Pez Dispenser, batman :( now he is hiding in my Flapjack mug.

Saturday with the SNAILS

So this Saturday was spent in school dying to go see the Snails at Croc in Allentown.

Angie gave me her valentine, a very awesome card colored by her and some rainbow twizzlers.

We made mustaches out of our tastet Twizzlers :) mMm!
This is my shirt that the Snails gave me for seeing their show :) only 2 people in the audience at first, me and their roadie but their music was UNBELIEVABLE! They had more talent then any of the other bands there and any garage band ive ever heard. Any1 who came after their set to see the next band had totally missed out on a great set by the Snails. I met them all too and they were all real sweet, and funny guys :)


And the lead singer looked like Elvis Costello :D It was really an awesome night haha.Widows peek bangs, a better view, I wanna keep these for a long time :)

Okay! so i recently cut my bangs, well, got them cut by someone else i didn't cut them myself. but they look AMAZING! I feel like i stand out pretty well now haha.

Blizzard!!!!!!

This is my very 1st blog entry, I've wanted one for a while and finally made the attempt to making one now :)

My school (the Vision Academy) had off 2 days in a row due to the freak blizzard that always happens around Valentines day, so I stayed inside and listen to Elvis Costello and played with Meatball.
